Return & Exchange Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

1. Email support@aromi.co.in with your Order ID, item name, and reason for return
2. We'll schedule a free reverse pickup within 2 business days
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Hand it to our courier partner — no charges apply
5. Refund is initiated within 5–7 days of receiving the item

Size exchange is completely free. Here's how:

1. Email support@aromi.co.in with your Order ID and the size you'd like
2. We'll arrange reverse pickup and ship the new size simultaneously
3. New size arrives within 5–7 business days of us receiving the original

Subject to size availability. If your required size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

• Item must not have been worn, washed, or altered
• All original tags must be intact
• Item must be in its original AROMI packaging
• Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Items purchased during sale events or marked as clearance are eligible for size exchange only, not for monetary refund — unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund the item immediately, with no return required in most cases.
