All payments on aromi.co.in are processed by Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway. Razorpay is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. We do not store, log, or have access to your card number, CVV, or banking credentials at any point during the transaction.
02Data Encryption
Our website uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. The padlock icon in your browser's address bar confirms that your connection is secure. Never enter payment information on sites without this padlock.
03Account Security
We recommend using a strong, unique password for your AROMI account. We use bcrypt hashing for all stored passwords — they are never stored in plain text. We do not ask for your password via email or phone. If you receive such a request, please report it to security@aromi.co.in immediately.
04Fraud Prevention
We use automated fraud detection systems to identify and block suspicious orders. Unusual orders may be flagged for manual review, and we may contact you to verify your identity before processing. This is for your protection and we appreciate your patience.
05Reporting Security Issues
If you discover a security vulnerability on our website or have concerns about the security of your account, please contact us immediately at security@aromi.co.in. We take all reports seriously and will respond within 24 hours.
