• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email from us.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI, netbanking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (up to ₹5,000).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors including logistics delays, weather, or force majeure. AROMI is not liable for delays beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AROMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
