Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a dispatch notification once your order ships.

Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in India. This threshold applies after any discounts or coupon codes are applied. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code required.

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India via our logistics partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC). Remote PIN codes may have extended delivery timelines of up to 7 business days. You can check PIN code serviceability at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your Order ID and email address.

While we endeavour to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to courier issues, extreme weather, public holidays, or high-demand periods. AROMI is not liable for delays beyond our control. Contact support@aromi.co.in if your order is delayed beyond the estimated date.

If a delivery attempt fails due to no one being available, the courier will attempt delivery twice more. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
